As a team we are fully committed to the health and safety of our community. 

We are sanitizing at the beginning and end of the day and between all appointments.

When you arrive you can come on in and wait on the couch up front while your stylist prepares for your visit. We have still and sparkling water, beer and wine, coffee and tea available upon request.  

Disposable masks are optional during your visit, check with your stylist to be sure what they are comfortable with. After your service we can recycle your mask as we have partnered with Green Circle Salons. Stay home and cozy if you are feeling ill and have any cold or flu like symptoms regardless of a negative covid test or vaccination status.  

Most of all, enjoy getting your hair done and thank you for your cooperation.

Cancelling and rescheduling an appointment is no a problem at all.

We recommend reaching out to your stylist directly if you need to cancel or reschedule. 

Our cancellation policy:  within less then 48 hours notice of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge for the service. A deposit may be required at booking.  No shows with no calls will be charged 100%….Being 15 min late to an appointment will add $25 to your service price. Appointments will be rescheduled after 30 min late with a 100% charge for the missed appointment. If by chance your stylist is running late they will notify you in time so you are well aware with the option to reschedule with no penalty. *Note* every stylist at Commune is independent and policies may vary slightly.
